Host Your Next Event at the Fairgrounds
The El Dorado County Fair & Event Center is a beautiful 48-acre property nestled in Placerville, CA, just off Highway 50. Best known as the home of the annual El Dorado County Fair, our facility hosts more than 60 events throughout the year.
From single-day gatherings to multi-day music festivals, weddings to fundraisers—our versatile spaces can accommodate events of all types and sizes. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a large public event, we have the ideal venue to make it memorable.
Daily rentals include one setup based on your design (we can help), and a facilities staff person will be available during your event to help with any unforeseen issues.
One yard of garbage is included with each daily rental. Additional yards will be billed at the end of your event.
Parking, in most cases, is included in your daily rental fee. Private events will have ample parking, including handicapped spaces if needed. Large, public events may need parking attendants to manage the flow, keeping the fire lanes open.
