Milton Pavilion

Measuring 60′ x 100′, the Milton Pavilion is a covered space designated for equestrian and livestock events only. Whether rented on its own or in combination with the adjacent Henningsen Equestrian Arena, this pavilion is an ideal setting for horse shows, clinics, or livestock exhibitions. Its flexible layout and proximity to the other equestrian facility make it a popular choice for organizers looking to host multi-area events with ease.

Rental Information

  • Rental Rate:
    • $220 per event day
    • $110 per setup or teardown day (day before or after event date)
    • $55 per hour (Monday-Thursday only)
  • Required Deposit to hold Date: $200*
  • Walk Away Cleanup:
    • $85 per man hour**
  • Dimensions: 60 by 100 feet

*Deposit goes towards rental fees.

**Hourly rates have a two-hour minimum.
