Accessibility Services and Accommodations at the Fairgrounds
We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests. This guide highlights the accessible services and facilities available to patrons with disabilities or special needs.
Admission booths, exhibit halls, restrooms, entertainment areas, and vendor booths are wheelchair accessible. Staff is available to assist as needed.
Accessible parking is available near admission gates. Be sure to display your valid disabled parking placard in your vehicle’s windshield.
Service dogs are welcome and must remain leashed and under control at all times. The ADA does not recognize therapy, comfort, or emotional support animals as service animals; therefore, they are not permitted.
Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located throughout the grounds. For the most accessible options, visit facilities near the Livestock Area, Chuck Wagon, Marshall Building, or behind the Mark D. Forni Building. During Fair, restroom locations are marked on the printed map available at Information Booths.
Misrepresenting a disability to obtain ADA access or tickets is prohibited. Management may revoke tickets, relocate individuals, or remove patrons for fraud.
The Fair is a non-smoking and non-vaping event. Designated smoking/vaping areas include the Smoking Tent (between the Carnival and Organ Room), the Beer Tree (with distance restrictions), and behind the Grandstands. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited on the Fairgrounds.
