Main Lawn

With 76,200 square feet of open, grassy space, the Main Lawn is the ultimate outdoor venue for large-scale events. Whether you’re planning a music festival, cornhole tournament, chili cookoff, or company picnic, this versatile area can handle it all.

The Main Lawn features a charming Apple Tree Stage, making it ideal for live music or announcements, and includes the popular Beer Tree area—perfect for relaxing with a cold beverage. Convenient restrooms located just off the adjacent plaza make guest comfort a breeze.

From casual corporate BBQs to high-energy concerts, the Main Lawn provides a beautiful and functional setting to bring your event to life.

Rental Information

  • Rental Rate:
    • $775 per event date
    • $387.50 per setup or teardown day (day before or after event date)
    • $193.75 per hour (Monday-Thursday only)
  • Required Deposit for Date: $200*
  • Walk Away Cleanup:
    • $85 per man hour**
  • Dimensions: 76,200 square feet
  • Rental Includes:
    • 40 picnic Tables

*Deposit goes towards rental fees.

**Hourly rates have a two-hour minimum.
