Swap Meets

Open to the public from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. 

Sellers are allowed on the Fairgrounds at 7:00 for setup and must be packed, cleaned up (all debris), and off the fairgrounds by 2:00 pm.

• Set up 7:00 – 8:30 am (cars must be moved from Plaza by 8:30)
• Payment in full prior to the swap meet guarantees a space
• All Swap Meets are Shine only. 
• Bring your tables, chairs, & EZups
• Power outlets are available for use upon request, for demonstrating that electronic items are in working order only.
• Sellers are responsible for the removal of all unsold items and debris
•  No refunds for no-shows or cancellations.
• If event is cancelled by El Dorado County Fair, refunds will be issued or can be transferred to a future swap meet date.

Failure to comply with these rules may prevent your participation in future swap meets.
