Ideal for events that need flexibility and room to grow.

The Avenue Blacktop Event
The Avenue Blacktop can be used for many events. Whether its parking you need, or pairing up with the Back Lawn to add a food truck row the possibilities are endless.
Rental Documents

Rental Information

  • Rental Rate:
    • $280 per event day
    • $140 per setup or teardown day (day before or after event date)
    • $70 per hour (Monday-Thursday only)
  • Required Deposit for Date: $200*
  • Walk Away Cleanup:
    • $85 per man hour**

*Deposit goes towards rental fees.

**Hourly rates have a two-hour minimum.
