    • With Commercial Kitchen
      • $1,750 per event day 
      • $875 per setup or teardown day (day before or after event date)
      • $437.50 per hour (Monday-Thursday only)
    • Without Commercial Kitchen
      • $1,575 per event day
      • $787.50 per setup or teardown day (day before or after event date)
      • $213.75 per hour (Monday-Thursday only)
  • Required Deposit for Date: $200*
  • Required Cleaning/Security Deposit: $500**
  • Walk Away Cleanup:
    • $880 + Kitchen $85 per man-hour
    • $880 (without kitchen)
  • Seating Capacity:
    • Dining Capacity: 1,010

*Deposit goes towards rental fees.

**Cleaning/Security Deposit is refundable if the facility is left clean, there is no damage, and there is no additional equipment added during setup.
