The Tiki Shack features a small bar with 8 barstools and a kitchen prep area inside—perfect for serving food or beverages through the front windows or from the bar itself. Just steps away, the Tiki Stage area includes a small stage and six picnic tables, offering a cozy setting for intimate performances, gatherings, or casual celebrations. Rent them individually or combine both spaces to craft the ultimate small-scale outdoor event with personality and charm.

The Tiki Shack

Rental Rate:
- $220 per event day (includes the Bar)
- $110 per setup or teardown day (day before or after event date)
Required Deposit for Date: $200*
Required Cleaning/Security Deposit: $500**
Walk Away Cleanup
- $85 per man-hour***
Seating Capacity:
- Bring your bar stools. Can accommodate up to 10.
Includes a Prep Kitchen with sink, counters and Refrigerator/freezer.

The Tiki Stage Picnic Area

Rental Rate:
- $135 per event day
- $67.50 per setup or teardown day (day before or after event date)
Required Deposit for Date: $185*
Walk Away Cleanup:
- $85 per man-hour***
Seating Capacity:
- Includes 6 (six) picnic tables.

Tiki Shack and Stage areas can be rented separately or together.

*Deposit goes towards rental fees.

**Cleaning/Security Deposit is refundable if the facility is left clean and no damage occurred, and no additional equipment was added during setup.
