El Dorado County Fair Association Board Meeting

The El Dorado County Fair Association Board of Directors meets once a month to discuss upcoming events, review fairgrounds operations, and make decisions that support our mission of serving the community. Meetings are open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend, listen, and share input. It’s a great opportunity to stay informed and engaged with the planning and future of our fairgrounds and events.
The Board Meetings are typically the first Wednesday of each month, at 4:30 pm in the Board Room. Check the Board Agendas & Meeting Minutes webpage to confirm date and time.
