CONCESSION & COMMERCIAL VENDORS

• Please send the completed, signed document, including any fees and additional required documents (i.e. resale permits, insurance, etc.) to Amanda at amanda@eldoradocountyfair.org. New vendors/concessionaires should send photos along with a complete list of items to sell. Note: Incomplete applications may be rejected.
• Once your application is approved, it becomes a contract. We will send you a signed copy along with any additional information that may be pertinent.
• You will need to provide the El Dorado County Fair with a Certificate of Insurance as outlined in the guidelines or purchase insurance through our office. See this sample Certificate of Insurance example for details.
• Vendors and concessionaires from the previous year who are in good standing have priority in selecting their space for the next El Dorado County Fair through January 31. Beginning February 1, any unreserved spaces will be released and made available to new applicants. Returning vendors who submit applications after February 1 will be assigned space based on availability.
• New vendors are selected based on the presentation of their booth, uniqueness that sets their products apart from existing vendors*, timelines of payment, submission of paperwork, and professionalism.
• In 2025, our four-day fair was enjoyed by over 82,000 fairgoers: people attending the fair love its wholesome family atmosphere and our attention to the safety of our guests.
