Pee Wee Rodeo - June 19

$5 Early Bird Sign-ups through June 5 at the Fair Office (M-F, 9am-4pm).

Day of Entries: $10 at the event

Check-in begins at 1:30 in the Henningsen Arena
Instructions given 2 – 2:30 pm (for new participants)
Rodeo begins at 2:30 pm

Rules (Subject to change. Check website for up-to-date details.)

  1. Youth Ages 3 – 8 years old.
  2. Classes divided based on entries and ages.

Little Buckaroos, Ages  3 – 5

  • Goat Undecorating – individual timed event (buckle)
  • Stick Horse Barrel Race – individual times event (buckle)
  • Wagon Hay Hauling – team times event (2 buckles)

Junior Pardners, Ages 6 – 8

  • Single Stake – individual timed Event (buckle)
  • Wagon Hay Haulin’ – individual timed event (buckle)
  • Goat Milking – team timed event (2 buckles)

*Bonus Event for all rodeo Contestants – Dummy Roping (buckle)

Mutton Bustin' - June 19 following Pee Wee Rodeo

Entry Fee: $50

Registration begins May 29th, 2026 at the Fair Office, M-F, 9am – 4pm.
Child must be present when registering, we will be verifying weight.

Event Check-in: June 19 during the Pee Wee Rodeo in the Henningsen Arena.
Event begins after the Pee Wee Rodeo and check-in has been completed.

Rules 

  1. Lil’ Busters: Ages 4 – 5 years as of June 19, 2026
  2. Busters: Ages 6 – 7 years as of June 19, 2026
  3. 60 pound weight limit
  4. Helmets must be word, provided by rider’s parents.
  5. Weather must be under 100 degrees for event to take place.

*Chest Protectors will be provided.
